Agreement to Terms

By engaging Teragreen for landscaping and garden maintenance services in Perth, Western Australia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before booking our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Teragreen provides professional landscaping and garden maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing, edging, and maintenance
  • Tree lopping, felling, and stump removal
  • Garden design and landscaping
  • Hedge trimming and garden cleanup
  • Power washing and gutter cleaning
  • Green waste removal and disposal

Specific services and scope of work will be agreed upon via written quote before commencement.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and a site inspection (where conducted). Variations to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash
  • For regular maintenance packages, monthly billing can be arranged
  • Overdue payments may incur late fees and interest charges

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings: Services can be booked via phone, email, or our website contact form. We will confirm all bookings in writing.

Cancellations by Customer: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Cancellations by Teragreen: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and safe access to all work areas
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Remove obstacles from work areas (toys, hoses, furniture)
  • Disclose any hazards, underground services, or special requirements
  • Provide access to water and power outlets if required

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will rectify the issue at no additional charge.

Please note: Living plants and lawns are subject to environmental factors beyond our control. While we follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee the survival or growth rate of plants, particularly during extreme weather conditions.

Liability and Insurance

Teragreen carries public liability insurance to protect both our team and your property. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage, however:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects
  • Customers must disclose underground utilities, irrigation systems, and hidden hazards
  • Any damage caused by undisclosed hazards is the customer's responsibility

Weather and Force Majeure

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Perth's weather can be unpredictable; we will always prioritize safety and quality of work over strict adherence to schedules.

Intellectual Property

All garden designs, plans, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Teragreen unless otherwise agreed in writing. Photos of completed projects may be used by Teragreen for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer objects in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Perth, Western Australia.
